Production Time:
Each Haute Couture piece is handcrafted upon order. Please allow 10–21 business days for production, depending on the complexity of the design and customizations. Rush services may be available upon request.
Shipping & Delivery:
Once completed, your item will be carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking and insurance. Estimated delivery times vary by region:

Secure Payment:
A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping. We accept major cards, bank transfer, and PayPal. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Return Policy:
Due to the custom nature of Haute Couture, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a proven defect or production error. Please review all details and measurements before confirming your order.
