Booking Requirements

• Images/inspiration must be clear and high-quality.

• Material and design details must be finalized before tailoring begins.

• Measurements must be accurate and recent (within 30 days).

• Production Time: 7–21 working days depending on design complexity.

• Rush orders may incur an additional fee.

• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started.

• Shipping fees are calculated separately and vary by region.

How to Book Your Custom Order:

1. Take Your Inspiration Shot
   Snap a picture of your desired outfit style or upload reference images. This could be a sketch, a look you’ve seen online, or even a vision you want us to bring to life.

2. Send Us the Details
   Email your images and design preferences to:

   Or send them directly via WhatsApp:

   Please include:

   • Preferred fabric/material

   • Color choices

   • Any style elements you want to add or remove

   • Event/date (if applicable)

3. Provide Your Measurements
   To ensure a perfect fit, kindly send your full body measurements, including:

   • Bust

   • Waist

   • Hips

   • Shoulder width

   • Arm length

   • Dress length (or as required)

4. Deposit to Confirm
   A 50% deposit is required before production begins. We accept payments via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or PayPal. The remaining balance is paid upon completion prior to shipping.
